  • Part of the masterbilt series, this guitar isn’t just a pretty face! And it sure is pretty. Modeled on the Epiphone Frontier guitar this guitar captures the pioneering spirit with a flat bottom dreadnought, “aged tea” coloring, and a super cool, western/cactus oversized pickguard. Under the hood, you’ll find a solid Sitka spruce top and a Fishman Sonitone onboard preamp system for the purists among us. Seriously for the build, this guitar should be in a higher price category- but you should be happy it’s not.

    • Fishman undersaddle pickup

  • The Artist Elite Grand Auditorium is just that- and one of the finest guitars in the Alvarez repertoire. First notice the slim, beveled armrest for comfort and cool wood highlighting, then stare into the depth of the wood grains. This guitar is built from 3 year-seasoned Acacia Confusa which gives the instrument an incredible tone and the look of a sculpted work of art. Knowing that it feels aged and organic but the bracing and technical build give it bright projection and superb response. For gigs, this guitar comes alive with an L.R. Baggs StagePro EQ and Element pickup.

    • All AAA figured acacia top, body, and sides
    • Abalone and mother-of-pearl fingerboard inlays
    • Flame maple binding

  • Two words on this Guild guitar. YEE HA! Guild F150 Jumbos guitars have a classic look and style that have produced jumbo tone and jumbo projection for decades. If you want to drown out the other cowboys at the campfire then here’s your guitar. When plugged in, this Guild uses a Fishman AP1 with Sonicore pickup for super-rich tones with versatility. This iconic guitar also incorporates the vintage Guild headstock to complete the western styling. If you want to hide behind your instrument on stage, you won’t find a bigger or better-looking one.

    • Spruce top, rosewood back and sides
    • C-shape mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, and bridge

  • Washburn Guitars had fun designing this guitar and you’ll have fun playing it. A slightly wider neck suits fingerpicking and folk-style playing but the Fishman electronics allow you to let it rip with almost any genre. I had an older Washburn Festival and that thing took a beating while looking pretty cool. This has a similar DNA, but I love the beveled mahogany binding and ergonomic design (hence the comfort Series). Washburn has a reputation to keep and this guitar does it justice providing style, comfort, and a big sound.

    • Beveled armrest
    • Custom wound inlay

  • Seagull Guitars is a sister company to Godin Guitars in Canada. I own 2 two seagulls and a Godin and I love them all. Super well built with a great tone and acoustic throw. The neck is extremely comfortable and easy to navigate. If you play out you may want an acoustic-electric Seagull, but for home jamming and learning this is your go-to guitar. Superb tone across the board, rich low end AND bright high end when needed. If you’re looking to up your game, get a Seagull. Plus it’s not your typical brand name so you look cool before you even play a note.

    • Body type: Dreadnought
    • Top wood: Solid Cedar
    • Back and sides: Laminated Wild Cherry
